To celebrate the opening of fifth metro Atlanta, Smashburger in Locost Grove (Henry County) is giving away free burgers from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and free milkshake coupons from 4-8 p.m. today only. The are made with 100-percent fresh, Certified Angus Beef, which is then smashed on a flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor, hence the company name. Smashburger will also give 10-percent of its opening day sales to A Friend’s House, a local non-profit that provides shelter for children in crisis.
